Goji Berry Tea: A Recipe for a Long Robust Life

  • 1 tea bag  (black or green tea)
  • 1/2 mug soy milk
  • 3 tbsp water
  • cayenne
  • cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp dried Goji berries
  • optional rock sugar/ honey
4 Steps
  1. Fill mug with about 3 Tbsp water. with equal parts soy milk and add tea bag 
  2. Stick in microwave for 2 minutes.Add 1 sprinkle cayenne.1-3 sprinkles cinnamon. goji berries.
  3. Stick back in the microwave for 30 seconds and sweeteners.
  4. Allow berries and bag to soak for a few minutes. Berries will be soft and inflated when fully soaked.
